ABOUT US

My name is Caroline, and I am based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

For over 39 years, I worked within the NHS as a Healthcare Assistant, including 25 years as a Maternity Support Assistant. Supporting people through important life stages has given me a deep understanding of compassionate care, trust, and the importance of treating every individual as unique.

My journey into holistic therapy began over 20 years ago, inspired by my late mother, who was a reflexologist. Under her guidance, I practised with family and friends before completing my Diploma in Advanced Reflexology in 2017. Becoming professionally qualified allowed me to expand my knowledge and offer this deeply restorative therapy to a wider community.

In 2020, I qualified as a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. I have found that reflexology and reiki work beautifully together, enhancing relaxation and supporting overall wellbeing.

In every treatment I offer, my role is not to "heal" you, but to support your body's own remarkable ability to restore balance and wellbeing naturally.
