Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, calming energy therapy that works holistically on physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

During a Reiki session, I channel energy through my hands to where it is most needed. This can be carried out with light touch, hands hovering above the body, or as a distant session. The experience is deeply relaxing and many clients describe feeling warmth, calmness, or a sense of release.

Reiki works with the body's energy centres, often referred to as chakras. There are seven main chakras running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. When these energy centres are balanced, we feel more aligned physically and emotionally. When imbalanced, we may feel unsettled, fatigued, or overwhelmed.

Reiki aims to:

  • Restore energetic balance

  • Promote emotional clarity

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Support the body's natural healing processes

  • Encourage deep relaxation

Reiki can be enjoyed as a standalone treatment or combined with reflexology for a deeply restorative experience.
