REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet and hands correspond to different areas of the body.

With over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet alone, they form a detailed map of the body's organs and systems. By applying precise pressure techniques using the fingers, thumbs, and palms, reflexology stimulates these reflex points and encourages improved circulation and energy flow.

When the body is out of balance, reflex areas may feel tender or slightly textured. Through careful and focused work, reflexology aims to:

  • Encourage deep relaxation

  • Support improved circulation

  • Promote balance within the body's systems

  • Help reduce stress and tension

  • Support overall wellbeing

A helpful way to think of reflexology is like clearing a blocked pathway. Once flow is restored, the body can function more efficiently and comfortably.

Many clients find treatments deeply calming and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.
